And for what feels like the millionth time that day, Arthur falls face forward onto the tile flooring. A light smile plays at his mouth as he looks at his Italian friend.
"Buongiorno, Italia."

In no position to argue, the Briton turned so he was sitting up and let the Italian hug him. There were just some things you had to get used to when you were friends with Italy.

Another smile crosses his face as he sits on the ground, staring at his neon nails thoughtfully.
"Are you planning on hugging me all day?" he asks and ruffles Feli's hair affectionately.
He looks up at Matthew and smiles, "You can hang, y'know. I promise the rest of us are pretty cool. Even Ivan. Just, watch keep an eye on his hands."

He turns around.
"Ah, no - it's okay, Arthur. I've... got to do something," he says apologetically. He tightens his grip on Kumajiro and then scurries off.

This isn't supposed to happen, he reasons. It's odd in so many ways.
