The Briton shoves the Russian delegate as hard as he can. He's been itching for a fight all day and now Ivan seems to have handed him one on a silver plate.
"Whut 'appened, Braginskii? You were so eager to talk earlier? Why dun'tcha spill it out?!" he snarls.

Although knowing it was an attempt to rile Britain up, Japan didn't understand what could've triggered that responce of suggesting perverted thoughts. Britian was thinking anything but that for sure.

Ivan smiles darkly and grabs Arthur by his hair, pulling him up to meet his eyes. "Now Now Arthur, maybe you should worry less about my mouth, and more about you're own, da?"

He can feel the lime green hair pulling from his scalp as he's pulled to the Russian's height but he refuses to give him the satisfaction of showing his pain. Instead he kicks his legs, trying to land a fair retaliation.
"Oh belt up!" he cries, spitting into the Russian's face. "I wouldn't be talking about my mouth, when yours could stand to learn some manners!"

Arthur hits the ground for the second time that day, even more resentful of the Russian's height advantage; he hated being the second shortest boy in his year.
Instead of a real reply, the British boy just bares his teeth at Ivan. A large part of him is rather upset that Ivan didn't give him the fight that he'd been wanting.

Ivan smirks and puts both of his hands on top of Arthur's head, making him sit down flat on his butt. "Oh Arthur, don't look at me like that~" Ivan says, pulling away and looking down at Arthur, before nudging him with the toe of his boot in Arthur's gut.

Arthur's eyes get wide. Sure it was barely a tap, yes he was already on his own arse, and no, it didn't hurt. But that was all he needed and he finally saw his opening.
The Britain swung his legs around in an attempt to leg-sweep the Russian.

Ivan blinks and lands on the ground. Ivan smirks and sits up, looking over at Arthur. "That hurt, Arthur." Ivan says, rubbing his head, smiling sadistically.

The Briton's eyes glittered dangerously as he leers at the Russian.
"That was the point, you oaf."
In one liquid movement, Arthur rolls to his side away from Ivan and to his feet in a semi-crouching position.
"Going to do anything about it?" he taunts, watching the Russian from behind the lime green hair in his eyes.

Arthur keeps a steady gaze with Ivan, his teeth barred in a catlike way as he talks. For a brief moment, he is content with his stature (or lack thereof) as he bends his knee up, aiming for his stomach.

Noticing Arthur's leg, Ivan reaches down and gabs his leg, stilling it. "Ehe~ I know i'm very cute~" Ivan says, twisting his leg slightly.

Arthur grunts as he bites as hard as he can into his own tongue, trying to silence his own groan of pain. Okay, maybe it hadn't been a brilliant idea to pick a fight with Ivan.
Instead of wallowing in his own problems, however, Arthur weasels his arm out and balls his fist. He puts all of his available strength behind it and lobs it at the Russian's jaw.

Ivan yelps out as the fist made contact with his jaw, sitting up a bit, but not getting off Arthur. Ivan works his jaw for a moment before glareing down at Arthur.

It's Arthur's turn to smirk up at the delegate. A taunting look crosses his face as he meets the Russian's gaze. He's silent as the grave and appareingly relaxed but his eyes beg the Russian to come at him with all that he's got.

His head snaps to the side and he can already taste the blood in his mouth. He raises his hand towards his jaw but bends it, aiming a blow for the side of Ivan's face with his elbow.
